What is your return policy?
We offer inspection upon delivery before payment. You can check the product in the presence of the courier to ensure it meets your expectations. Once the order is paid and received, returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect. If you choose to reject the order upon delivery, the shipping fee must be covered by the customer. Please make sure to inspect your item carefully at the time of delivery.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are only applicable in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects after the order has been received. Once the issue is verified, a replacement or refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that orders rejected without valid reasons will not be eligible for a refund, and shipping fees will apply.
What if my item arrives damaged?
All items are carefully packed before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, if the issue is confirmed.
